The UW–Eau Claire Loan Services online account portal is no longer available due to transferring the servicing of your loan to ECSI effective July 2025.
You can access your new online account at https://heartland.ecsi.net/. To set up your new online account, you will need your access key number that was emailed and mailed to you in July. If you cannot locate your information, please contact ECSI Customer Service at 888-549-3274 for assistance in setting up your account.
